We offer competitive healthcare plans for our employees and their family (pets included!) that support their ongoing success.

Medical:
Employees have a choice of several comprehensive medical plans.

Dental & Vision:
Employees have access to a dental plan that includes providers within the Delta Dental PPO and Delta Premier Networks, along with vision coverage.

401(k) Plan:
Associated Materials offers a

All employees are automatically enrolled in basic life insurance at no cost to the employee.
 
 

At Associated Materials, we are committed to the overall wellbeing of our employees both on and off the job.

Because your time matters both in and out of the workplace, we provide paid time off for vacation, illness, and company-recognized holidays. We also proudly offer two weeks of paid parental leave to support growing families, plus additional leave for bereavement and jury duty.  

Eligibility may vary by location, role, and/or years of service.  

*If your primary work location is in the state of Washington, eligible employees can accrue up to 2 weeks of paid vacation in their first year, with additional days based on tenure. Eligible employees can also earn 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and enjoy 9 company paid holidays per year. 

**If your primary work location is in the state of Colorado, eligible employees are offered paid leave in accordance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act and similar state and local leave laws.
