ISS Manager
Job Title: ISS Manager- Installed Sales Solutions Manager

Primary Duties:

Act as liaison between builders, window, and vinyl siding sub-contractors.
Supervise and inspect jobs in progress to maintain quality.
Plan, schedule and assign crews to jobs.
Schedule and insure completion of all repairs and service work.
Ensure contractors comply with all safety, insurance, and documentation policies.
Provide take-offs from prints and measure jobs as necessary.
Handle customer service concerns for all accounts.
Inspect and correct defects in workmanship as necessary.
Recruit sub-contractor labor to increase productivity.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Qualifications Required:

Successful candidate should have 3- 4 years experience managing subcontractors
Strong knowledge of siding and window installation,
Excellent time-management and communication (written & verbal) skills
